RRB Section Controller CEN 03/2026 : Fee Refund Process
- General / OBC / EWS Candidates: ₹ 400/- will be refunded after appearing in the CBT Stage I Exam.
- SC / ST / Female / PH Candidates: ₹ 250/- will be refunded after appearing in the CBT Stage I Exam.
- Note: If you do not appear in the CBT exam, the fee will not be refunded.

- Live Photo Capture: Candidates must capture a live photo (not upload a pre-existing one). Wear dark-colored clothes for contrast. Face must be centered and clearly visible. Do not wear glasses, masks, or caps.
- Candidate Signature: Must be on white paper using black ink in running/cursive letters (no block letters). File format: JPG/JPEG (30 KB to 40 KB), dimensions: 140 x 60 pixels.
- SC/ST Certificate (for free train pass): PDF format, maximum size 400 KB (must be legible and valid).
